Government Review Of Impact Of EU Law On Workplace Health And Safety

The Government is carrying out a review of the balance of competences between the EU and the UK. This is an audit of what the EU does and how it affects the UK. You can read more about it here

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills will lead on a joint report on workplace health and safety, and consumer protection in the fourth semester, Spring - Autumn 2014. When HSE is ready to issue its call for evidence on the workplace health and safety report it will publish it on the HSE website.
